What lane would the Avengers play in League of Legends?

Support: Captain America

Captain America is the leader on the battle field, and the moral compass for the Avengers in the meeting room. He always does the right thing, and wants to see other succeed. Which make him a perfect candidate for support.

His utility to set up kills for an ADC is unrivaled by any other character. His shield is made of the hardest metal in the world. Which would mean he could do a solid job of protecting his ADC just like Braum. But also, he is nimble enough to jump in and slow down an enemy so his ADC can catch up and start mowing down their health and armor.

In team fights, Cap would fit the role as a tanky support with tons of CC. I’m picturing Leona more than anything here, minus the sword of course. But in late game Captain America would need to do any damage. All he would need to do is make sure no one gets away and to direct his other teammates in a direction that they can pick up kills and win team fights.

Captain America is another fan favorite of the Avengers series. Playing support may seem like a jab at his usefulness in fights during the movies and in the comic books. But really it is complimenting his ability to organize team fights and accomplish objectives.
