FlyQuest’s playmaker and the most consistent member was 3rd LCS all-pro team jungler Lucas “Santorin” Tao Kilmer Larsen. Unfortunately, Santorin has his work cut out for him against 1st LCS all-pro team jungler Jake “Xmithie” Puchero.

Xmithie has been a rock for Liquid all year, with his incredible pathing and ability to propel his carry lanes to a victory. On the other hand, Santorin picked four different junglers in FlyQuest’s win over Golden Guardians. If FlyQuest is able to take down Team Liquid, it is most likely to come off the back of Santorin’s performance.
Top lane
This to me is the only real concern for TL. They stack up individually stronger at almost every position, but the top lane meta-game is a little bit of concern. People may be concerned that FlyQuest can use Omran “V1per” Shoura to exploit TL’s 2nd LCS all-pro team top laner Jung “Impact” Eon-yeong in the lane or in the split-push. Certainly, the meta favors V1per‘s more lane-carry and split-push style, but that’s not to fully rule out Impact.
Tanks also do not appear to be meta, but Impact has made a living off of playing tanks when they weren’t perceived to be viable. Impact is also known for having some weak regular season performances and then turning into a monster come playoffs or worlds. If TL has found a reasonable champion pool for Impact on this patch, then they will wipe FlyQuest with ease.
