League of Legends: Patch 9.13 tier list aggregation – support edition

Nerfed champions
Karma
Getting the movement speed duration decreased on her E – Inspire didn’t seem like a massive nerf and, well, it wasn’t. Karma is still about where she was last patch, with some sources valuing her very highly, while others see her as merely average to above average.
Pyke
These nerfs were more aimed at top and mid lane Pyke, but they still did have something of an effect. Pyke dropped by a hair in our support tier list, but not enough to drop out of the A tier. His win rate in the support role did drop, though, almost a full percentage point to below 50%.
Sona
She’s needed nerfs for a long time now, considering how she basically created a niche for herself in the ADC/bot lane role. The nerf to her Q – Hymn of Valor‘s AP ratio was definitely designed to make that AP Sona less painful to play against, while nerfing the movement speed on her E – Song of Celerity was designed to make her less of a team fight monster.
Indeed, Sona has fallen from the A+ tier down to the B+ tier as a result of these nerfs, but she still has the same decent base damage and healing that will keep her as a fine support pick. That said, I’m sure all us watchers of pro play are thrilled to know that we won’t have to watch more Sona/whatever tank can get her through the early game anymore.
