League of Legends Patch 9.13 tier list aggregation – mid lane edition
By Josh Tyler
Buffed champions
Diana
The changes to her Q – Crescent Strike were more quality of life improvements than actual buffs. Diana did improve in our tier list from last patch, but is unfortunately still wanting in terms of her power level.
Sylas
As we mentioned above, the buffs to Sylas’s base stats and base damage on his W – Kingslayer did help his win rate out. Even though most sites dropped him in their rankings – or left him in their forgotten state – we think Sylas is better now than last patch and will likely rise more going forward.
Syndra
She got a straight buff to her mana-growth, but it didn’t really move the needle on her power level. Riot said in the notes they wanted to be careful with her and make her more viable across all skill brackets. Unfortunately, I think this buff just keeps her out of the meta in high elo.
Rod of Ages users
Of all the champions who build RoA as part of one of their core builds, here is how their ranking stacked up compared to last patch:
- Anivia: -0.025
- Aurelion Sol: -0.274
- Karthus: -0.458
- Kassadin: +0.064
- Ryze: +0.178
- Swain: -0.659
- Twisted Fate: +0.126
- Zilean: -0.405
Nerfed champions
Karma
She took a nerf to her E – Inspire‘s movement speed boost, which really knee-capped her in the top lane. In the middle, though, Karma has actually continued to shine, raising in the tier list even though she didn’t jump up one tier. However, whereas she had the third-best win rate of all mid laners last patch, she’s now dropped to a 49.9% win rate in Patch 9.13.
