League of Legends Patch 9.15 tier list aggregation – mid lane edition

Buffed champions
Galio
You might be confused. If Galio got buffs to his passive – Colossal Smash and E – Justice Punch, why didn’t he appear on our tier list? Unfortunately, having an infinitesimally small win rate does that to a champion.
Leblanc
Despite the buff to her E – Etheral Chains root damage, Leblanc’s ranking remained the same (she actually dropped slightly). Her win rate (48%) and pick rate (5.5%) did both improve, though.
Lissandra
She got some base stat changes and AP ratio buffs on her R – Frozen Tomb. While that did bump up her win rate by about 1%, she’s still in the F tier because she cannot match her contemporaries ability to push waves early. Please give her some of that Q damage back Riot.
Qiyana
She got changes to smooth out her kit’s performance and a buff to her R – Supreme Display of Talent‘s cooldown. Combined with people learning how her kit operates, Qiyana has leapt into the top half of mid laners in ranking and win rate.
Swain
He got a range buff to his Q – Death’s Hand that gave him a moderate boost to his win rate (about 1.2%) but also vaulted him from F tier to B tier in 9.15!
Syndra
The extra damage per sphere on her R – Unleashed Power had little effect on her win rate or her tier ranking (she’s still C tier).
Xerath
With buffs to his R – Rite of the Arcane and how well he does in the current Azir/Corki meta, Xerath is thriving. He’s currently a B+ tier champion with his highest win rate in five patches.
Nerfed champions
Karma
The nerfs to her Empowered E – Defiance‘s shield hurt Karma in every one of the three lanes that she’s been prominent in. For mid lane, her win rate dropped by almost 0.9% from 9.14.
Rumble
Riot nerfed the shield power on his W – Scrap Shield, but he still has the sixth-highest win rate among mid laners. That took him down slightly in our aggregated rankings (A to B tier).
