League of Legends Patch 9.18 jungle tier list aggregation – how off-meta junglers became so strong

Buffed champions
Ekko
Hey Riot, I think you’re good on the buffs to Ekko. He’s got a win rate in the top 10 among junglers (51.3%, up from 50.5% last patch) and is solidly in the B+ tier thanks to those buffs to his W – Parallel Convergence.
Evelynn
Although her rating in our tier list didn’t move after the buffs to her R – Last Caress (she actually moved lower in the A tier despite the buffs) and her win rate dropped by about 0.8% this patch, there might be an explanation. While her win rate did drop, Eve’s pick rate actually spiked in 9.18 from 4.7% to 5.9%.
Lee Sin
The old pre-Worlds Lee Sin buff was quite effective. The buffs to his base stats and the damage on his R – Dragon’s Rage not only bumped him back into the A tier (although this also could be due to a re-stabilization since he had been solidly an A/A+ tier pick for a while now) but it gave his win rate a healthy bump as well. Although Lee’s win rate is only 48.7%, let’s not forget that he is the most-picked jungler in League of Legends with over a 30.5% pick rate.
Warwick
It was technically a bugfix for Warwick’s W – Blood Hunt that seems to have resulted in the Uncaged Wrath of Zaun jumping back into the B tier. However, given the fact that Warwick’s win rate has been on a nose dive for the last five patches (from 51.8% down to 50.5%) I wouldn’t feel to confident this rating will stay.
Nerfed champions
Nunu & Willump
After being a solid solo queue champion for basically all of Season 9, Riot elected to take a sledgehammer to Nunu’s base stats and the slow on his E – Snowball Barrage. The result was nothing in our tier list (he had a small increase that took him from high-A tier to low-A+ tier) but his win rate did drop significantly. He’s down to 51.9%, which is solid except for the fact that it was 54% the patch prior.
