What lane would the Avengers play in League of Legends?

Mid: Iron Man

Everyone knows that Iron Man is the face of the Avengers. Robert Downey jr. has made him one of the most popular super heroes out there. And even in a movie that features 7 other super heroes, he still reigns supreme and commands the screen as if he is the main character.

So it’s no question that he will be the mid laner. His bursting cannons, guns, and hand blasters should make due for the current meta. Besides he kind of floats around like Xerath anyways.

I am imaging Iron Man to be a tanky mid laner though, who does minimal damage — kind of like Ryze of Cho’Gath. His mobility around the map should be a high priority when developing his moves too. If his ultimate was something similar to that of Pantheon, it would speak well to his ability to fly in the comic books and movies.

Finally, I think Iron Man should have a stun. He used Veronica to attempt to contain Hulk when he went crazy in the second film, so having a stun like this with a heavy cool down would be an awesome reference to that.

I am picturing Iron Man as the most OP out of all of the Avengers. After all, out of all the people in the super hero squad without a super power, Iron Man is the most useful in a fight. Partner that with a disposable income and plenty of little gadgets and tricks and you have an awesome AP Carry mid laner.
