8.) Unicorns of Love

The offseason looks to have gone pretty bad for the Unicorns as they lost both their mid laner and attack damage carry.

However, they appear to have made an upgrade at the jungle position by bringing in the Rookie of the 2015 North America Summer Split – Min-su “Move” Kang .

Unfortunately, their replacements at the carry roles appear to be massive downgrades.  Coming in from the North America Challenger Series as the new attack damage carry is Kyoung-min “Veritas” Kim, and joining him in the middle lane will be Fabian “Exileh” Schubert.

The new carries will need their veteran leaders in Tamás “Vizicsacsi” Kiss and Zdravets “Hylissang” Galabov to guide them for Unicorns to have any chance at making the playoffs again.

7.) FC Schalke 04

The German football organization acquired Elements’ spot and has elected to keep the majority of the roster.

The only change made was acquiring former Unicorns of Love mid laner Hampus “Fox” Myhre, and his presence should shore up the team’s weakest lane from the past split.

FC Schalke might be able to contend for one the final playoff spots if they can get more strong play from their bottom lane duo of Rasmus “MrRallez” Skinneholm and Hampus “sprattel” Abrahamsson.  MrRallez proved the be the main carry for the team in the spring and will need to do more of the same for the team to be successful and improve on their seventh-place finish.

FC Schalke will also need more consistent play and pressure from their talented jungler Erberk “Gilius” Demir. Gilius looked brilliant on his well-known Lee Sin in the last split, but he struggled to expand his champion pool with the meta.  He will have to be more consistent in his pathing and decision making for his team to elevate themselves into the playoffs.
