12. Rek’Sai

Rek’Sai is a perfect encapsulation of everything that a jungler should provide for a team, and she does so while providing multiple avenues to success.

She has an ultimate that allows her to cover multiple lanes at once and constantly apply pressure around the map. As you can see, this is a theme that has been common among champions on this list. Champions that go beyond their immediate surroundings inherently are more complex and provide a higher value to the team the are a member of.

So, on top of helping the whole team at once, she has strong wave-clear, sometimes too much mobility with tunnels spanning the map and an extreme amount of damage if any damage items are built.

A popular build contains Titanic Hydra along with Black Cleaver and Cinderhulk. These items all work well together because the Titanic Hydra and Black Cleaver give her a ridiculous amount of health, and the Cinderhulk compounds the value of that health even more. She also has a true damage bite that scales off of AD, allowing this build to make the champion feel ridiculously tanky and do healthy amounts of damage.

Rek’Sai isn’t necessarily a champion that sticks out for particularly amazing design or gameplay, but the solid nature of such a well-rounded champion that is constantly seeing play at the highest levels could not be kept off the list.
