You can use her long range to poke other ADCs without getting harassed back. Her escape net and traps give you bonus damage which scales with your critical strike chance. These let her do big damage both early and late game

Caitlyn doesn’t have any complex mechanics so she is great for beginning players and skilled high-rank players.
