While not necessarily being a high priority pick in the meta, Rakan, the Charmer, is a terrifying opponent to face on the rift. Rakan fits into a niche support role on the rift.

While not as tanky as other supports, and lacking in sustained healing and shielding like a Lulu, Janna, or Soraka, Rakan makes up for those traits by being a disruptive menace. 

By having multiple dash abilities Rakan asserts himself as a battlefield commander. The distance he can cover with a well-timed Battledance, Flash, Grand Entrance combo can leave an unsuspecting enemy playing grey screen simulator in no time.
