When a champion is as utterly dominant in both high and low elos as Lucian is, there must be an examination of just how over-tuned he is. Surprisingly, most of the mechanically-intensive AD Carries like Draven, Ezreal, and Kai’Sa are showing less effectiveness in low elo. This is in stark difference to the other positions where mechanically-difficult champions can still succeed.
Having said that, of course, there is still the case of Yasuo who leaps from C tier in high elo to A tier in low elo. I cringe at the fact that this data will likely encourage more silver, bronze, and iron players to main Yasuo, but unfortunately the statistics back it up: he runs over low elo games.

Going along with the theme of mechanically simple lane bullies being strongest in low elo, we have Brand as the only S tier champion, with mages galore in the A tier. Mechanically-tough Thresh drops to A tier, which means all million Thresh mains missing Death Sentences in silver can feel assured that he remains a stable pick.
However, the data shows that tanky, engage supports are less effective in these lower elos, as Alistar falls to B tier and Braum falls to C tier. Instead, support mains are better off taking heed and picking supports that can “carry” the line with high early damage.
