Patch 9.1 is gutting Sejuani’s passive, no two ways about it, and all that is compensating her is an extra second of lingering effects. Yes, her Q is getting a damage buff but Sej players really only max Q if they’re constantly ganking. Most of the damage you expect comes from her E and W passive proc.

Speaking of which W is getting a buff in the mid-to-late game, meaning most players will likely spec into maxing it first still. Her E, Permafrost, is also having the stun normalized and the base damage (it does percent max HP as well) massively buffed, almost doubled at every rank. I think Sej players might want to start putting points into E earlier, as it will make it easier to clear jungle camps. Her Q might be relegated to a one-point-wonder.
