"Q – Ranger’s Focus HEY!: Ability icon border now flashes when Q is castable at max stacks E – Hawkshot I HELPED: Ashe now gains assist credit if a previously-unseen enemy is killed within 10 seconds of being revealed by Hawkshot"

Nice quality of life buff for Ashe here in Patch 9.1. Not much to write home on.


"W – Zap! CAST TIME: 0.6 seconds ⇒ 0.6 – 0.4 seconds, based on attack speed (caps at 250% bonus attack speed, including bonus from Switcheroo!)"

Slight buff to Jinx, may bump her effectiveness up a smidge.


"E – Acceleration Gate BUFFERING: If Jayce casts Acceleration Gate during Shock Blast’s cast time, he’ll now ignore movement commands until both abilities have been cast"

Again, slight buff that makes his E>Q combo easier to hit. Going to help, but will it be that noticeable?


"E – Shunpo CAST TIME: 0.075 seconds before teleporting and 0.075 seconds after teleporting ⇒ 0.15 seconds after teleporting (Katarina now teleports immediately upon pressing E) BUFFERING: Katarina can now buffer Hextech Gunblade’s active to fire after Shunpo’s cast time completes"

Now she’ll be stuck in a cast animation after her E, making it harder to chain them together. Not to sound like a broken record, but how much will this impact her?


"Q – Siphoning Strike LARGE KILL STACKS: 6 per champion, large minion, or large monster kill ⇒12 per champion, large minion, or large monster kill"

Jungle Nasus hype!? Probably not, but this will definitely give a little acceleration to how quickly the big dog comes online.


"Q – Boomerang Blade DAMAGE FALLOFF: Hitting an enemy champion no longer decreases Boomerang Blade’s damage against subsequent targets (tooltip will be updated in 9.2)"

Take what I wrote about Jinx for Patch 9.1 and put it here. Helps solidify her identity as the “team fight ADC” by giving her more damage on a damage spell.


"R – Final Hour [NEW] KEEP ROLLIN: Tumble’s cooldown is reduced by 50% while Final Hour is active (reminder: Tumble’s cooldown doesn’t start until Vayne fires the empowered attack)"

Oh no. Now Vayne has more 1v9 outplay potential and spikes much harder at 6. With this buff, she’ll be far slippier when she hits the R button (aka harder to land that all-important CC on her).


"E – Bladecaller ROOT DURATION: 1 second ⇒ 1.25 seconds"

Adding to her utility does give her a little more umph. I’m not sure that adding the longer root duration will boost her power as much as some think.


"W – Rampant Growth BUFFERING: If Zyra casts Rampant Growth during Deadly Spines’ or Grasping Roots’ cast times, she’ll now ignore movement commands until both abilities have been cast"

Boy, they’re Patch 9.1 is getting pretty easy with all the copy-paste stuff. Take Jayce’s bit, put it here. Easier for her to land some skillshots.
