2. GALA (SinoDragon Gaming)

Speaking of KDA, having a perfect KDA through two games of professional play isn’t easy, but having an imperfect one isn’t that easy either. The “honor” of the only player with a 0.00 KDA through his first two games of play is SinoDragon’s bot laner, Chen “Gala” Wei.

It’s not just the impressively bad KDA that puts GALA on this LPL player power ranking though. It’s the fact that his GPM is a staggering 60 below the second-worst ADC in play so far at 326 GPM. That GPM would put him barely above the top support’s GPM and would be middle of the pack for junglers. Other players on SinoDragon have struggled, but they are not so far below their contemporaries in their income, and they’ve contributed to SinoDragon’s few kills.

1.  Tian (FunPlus Pheonix)

During our LPL season primer, Gao “Tian” Tian-Liang wasn’t even assured to be the starting jungler for FunPlus Pheonix over roster incumbent Xinyi. The young player certainly made an impression in his debut.

Tian’s KDA, deaths per game, and kill participation are all in the top three among LPL junglers this season. That puts him up there with contemporaries like Haru and Ning. He may have looked a bit raw in the first games of the season, but he’s definitely shown promise.
