1 – S04 Memento
“Memento is a mid-tier jungler at best. He’ll only ever be good in the early game.” Oh boy, here we are, eating my words from last season. Memento has taken all that sneering & criticism and really made an effort to work on his weaknesses and tidy up his gameplay – unlike Maxlore.
Memento, for the first time in his professional career, finds himself on a competent team and this has clearly been good for him. The previous ROCCAT and Giants rosters left him with little to play around and rolled over & died the moment they started to lose – and so Memento played 100% for the early game.
Alongside better teammates, Memento has more to work with and has an actual chance to swing even losing games into his Schalke’s favour. Memento also boasts an impressive first blood rate of 50% (2nd only to Xerxe), 21 deaths (second lowest of all junglers) and a respectable 3.2 KDA!
This year is shaping up to be Memento’s year and as long as he keeps playing at this high level, things can only get better from here and Schalke will find themselves with a championship run!
