League of Legends LCS Spring Playoff preview: TSM poised to crush the Echo Fox Cinderella story

TSM’s bot lane is known for taking advantage of weak laning champions and if you pick an immobile carry. Recently, when Golden Guardians picked Vayne against TSM, the duo showed they will repeatedly dive your bot lane and take them out of the game entirely.

If Echo Fox wants to try to stop this plan in its tracks, they need to ban Kalista every single game of the series. Kalista will allow TSM to potentially bully lane, but even if they are unable to abuse the 2v2, TSM will just call down their mid lane and/or jungler to dive Echo Fox’s bot lane relentlessly.

In many Echo Fox games late-game arrives early, but against TSM they will have to hold out until much later in the game compared to other teams Echo Fox has played. One issue with target bans, in general, is that it could lead to some strong champions making it through the ban phase.

Ezreal might be a contested pick if each team focuses on ADC bans and could be a strong pick for both teams. A strong late-game champion that Echo Fox would be interested in and is Jesper “Zven” Svenningsen’s most played ADC since coming over to the LCS.
