Mid

I expect the mid lane to go mostly even during the laning phase. Once the lane is over, though, TSM’s five-time LCS champion Bjergsen will begin to roam around the map, trying to affect other lanes as he has done a lot more this season.

Fenix has been notorious in the past to continue to farm mid and roam little to none during the laning phase. Although he has gotten better about roaming more this split, this does seem to be a mismatch in style that will give TSM an advantage. This will make it much easier to snowball the game through top lane or bot lane.

Jungle

As long as TSM sticks to their style, it will enable Matthew “Akaadian” Higginbotham to invade and/or gank in the early game. Akaadian should also be able to take advantage of what has seemed to be Echo Fox’s biggest weakness, fan favorite Lee “Rush” Yoon-jae.

Rush has made a lot of questionable ganks and engages this season, but with Echo Fox’s new style they have been able to hide this weakness by having Rush mostly protect lanes and take low-risk ganks. If TSM gains lane priority in two or more lanes there will be no place for Rush to hide.
