Fiora

"W – Riposte SLOW/STUN DURATION :: 1.5 seconds >>> 2 seconds DAMAGE :: 90/130/170/210/250 (+1.0 ability power) >>> 110/150/190/230/270 (+1.0 ability power)"

The 20 bonus damage to her W across the board is nice, particularly because you tend to max this last. Obviously, the extra 0.5 seconds on her stun/slow is huge and makes her hitting the Riposte even more of an “I win trades” ability.

"E – Bladework COST :: 40/45/50/55/60 mana >>> 40 mana at all ranks"

Okay, this could actually be quite huge for Fiora in the mid-game. She already loves maxing this second and if she is now having decreased mana costs this will give her more ability to auto-reset in fights.

Gnar

"R – GNAR! COOLDOWN :: 120/100/80 seconds >>> 90/60/30 seconds"

Eventually, people are going to figure out that Gnar is way too strong in his Mega form. Although I think that playstyle is healthier than when his mini is stronger, I do hope we figure it out soon so Riot doesn’t overbuff him.

Jhin

"E – Captive Audience TRAP DURATION :: 2 minutes >>> 3 minutes TRAP RECHARGE RATE :: One trap every ||| 28/27/26/25/24 seconds >>> 28/25/22/19/16 seconds"

Increased duration to his traps AND they refresh quicker? This could actually be a massive change.

"R – Curtain Call DAMAGE MULTIPLIER :: 1.0 to 3.5 (based on target’s missing health) >>> 1.0 to 4.0 (based on target’s missing health) TOOLTIP :: Fixed a bug where the level-up tooltip was displaying incorrect values"

I’m not nearly enough of a mathematician to know how much 0.5 extra on his damage multiplier will help. All I know is Jhin is probably going to be a bit stronger this patch.

Kayle

"Base Stats ATTACK DAMAGE :: 52 >>> 50 ARMOR :: 28 >>> 26 ATTACK SPEED RATIO :: 0.695 >>> 0.667 (the number bonus attack speed uses to calculate its effectiveness, not Kayle’s actual attack speed)"

Once again, Riot is hitting Kayle where she’s supposed to be weakest, in the early game. The big thing they’re changing her is the two AD and armor, which could significantly impact her laning phase, making it harder for her to last hit and survive all-ins.

"Passive – Divine Ascent MEGA EVOLUTION :: Ascensions are now based on Kayle’s level and skill points"

If you played Kayle with Kleptomancy top and hoped the Elixir of Skill would give you a cheeky advantage, Riot has some bad news for you.
