Buffed champions

Camille

The buffs to her attack speed were meant to improve her status as a top laner, but those effects have yet to be realized. She’s still in the low A tier, for now, but we’ll see where she lands next patch.

Fiora

As discussed above, the buffs to Fiora rose her to B tier. At least two sites rated her as A tier, so perhaps next patch she’ll rise even higher.

Gnar

It always baffles me when Riot buffs a champion but their standing in the tier list gets worse. The good news is that there are a few sites rating Gnar as A tier or B tier, so it’s possible other sites need to catch up. However, he’s still unrated by two sites and D tier or lower by three more.

Nautilus

Also discussed above, the buffs to Nautilus did bring him onto the tier list, but clearly not enough sites have confidence in his effectiveness in soloQ.

Ornn

The buffs to Ornn’s upgraded items helped a bit. He’s still a fairly low priority pick.

Renekton

From B tier to solidly in the A tier, those buffs were pretty helpful to the croc.

Singed

Singed got some buffs, yet he too has fallen. At this point, he is very close to being a D tier pick.

Trundle

It doesn’t matter how much Riot buffs Trundle, he just doesn’t have a place in the meta with tanks being so weak. He didn’t even get enough support to warrant being listed on our tier list at all.

Nerfed champions

Kayle

Yep, we talked about this too, but again those nerfs to Kayle knocked her down to the A tier. Were they enough to keep her out of the S tier? Not in my estimation.
