Simple Champion Changes
Akali
"W – Twilight Shroud EXTENDED DURATION WHEN BREAKING INVIS:: 3 seconds >>> 2 seconds COOLDOWN: 21/19/17/15/13 seconds >>> 25/22/19/16/13 seconds"
Less uptime on her shroud gets a thumbs up from myself and every solo laner who has to face her.
Darius
"Q – Decimate HEALING: 12/24/36% Darius’ missing health on 1/2/3+ enemy champions hit by the blade >>> 15/30/45% Darius’ missing health on 1/2/3+ enemy champions hit by the blade DAMAGE: 40/70/100/130/160 (+1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4 total attack damage) >>> 50/80/110/140/170 (+1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4 total attack damage)"
Yeah, Darius did not need these buffs. At all. I won’t be shocked if he jumps into the S tier for top laners.
Ekko
"Base Stats ATTACK DAMAGE: 55 >>> 58 E – Phase Dive COST: 40/50/60/70/80 mana >>> 40/45/50/55/60 mana"
First, three AD lul. Had to be said because that meme will go staler faster than week-old bread.
Second, this isn’t the issue that’s keeping Ekko from being strong in solo lanes or the jungle. The bonus AD is fine and the lessened cooldown on his dash is nice, but he either wants better wave clear or more tankiness in the jungle. He’ll still probably stay low A to high B tier.
Hecarim

These nerfs were needed. Badly. I do like that they’re making the E – Devastating Charge nerfs hit him more in Hecarim‘s mid-game power spike than his early-game power trough.
Jarvan IV

These are baby nerfs. Half measures. Jarvan needed to get bigger nerfs than some tiny base stat adjustments, a one-second cooldown increase to his E, and a nerf to his bonus shield that most people ignore.
Kennen
"E – Lightning Rush [REM] RESISTANCES: No longer grants Kennen 10/20/30/40/50 bonus armor and magic resist for the duration R – Slicing Maelstrom [NEW] RESISTANCES: 20/40/60 bonus armor and magic resist for the duration"
Not really a buff or nerf, just moving power from one ability to another. He has it less frequently, but he gets more of it when he has it. Fair change for a champion that’s strong, but not overly abusive.
