Mordekaiser
Now here’s a name that hasn’t been featured on our tier list in a long time. Half of the tier lists still don’t have him rated, but those that do actually are pretty consistent having him in that C to B range. Could the return of bot lane Morde as a viable pick be coming?
Yasuo
Yasuo’s bounced in and out of our ADC tier list for a while now. He’s back in, for now, but still half of the tier lists we audited don’t see fit to even rate him in this position.

Rising Champions
Kalista (C to B tier)
Without any buffs to her or her main runes/items, it’s a bit curious why Kalista got such a nice bump to her position in our tier list. The answer is, actually, not very much.
She’s generally rated about the same (some Bs, one A, a bunch of Cs and Ds), with one difference from the last patch. No site left him off their tier list in Patch 9.9.
Falling Champions
Caitlyn (A to B tier)
The opinion on where Caitlyn should be ranked spans a wide range from D to S tier. She’s settled into the B tier, but it’s entirely possible that she could be back in the A tier next patch.
Neeko (C to D tier)
The good news for Neeko is that every tier list we audited gave her one of two ratings. Half said that she is a B tier pick as an ADC. However, the other half didn’t see fit to rank her at all.
Buffed champions
Ezreal (via buffs to Manamune/Muramana)
10 extra damage onto an item that can be considered one of Ezreal’s core items (I say “can” because we’ve seen in the past that Ezreal can be very flexible in his build path) should have really helped him. Instead, he’s basically in the exact same spot he was last patch.
