Neeko

The era of attack speed AD Neeko appears to be coming to a close after five patches of her being a bad-to-slightly above-average pick in the position. She was in the F tier last patch, though, so it’s not much love lost.

Mordekaiser

Another “ADC” who bounces in and out of the meta, Mordekaiser just fell short of the threshold to be included in our tier list right now. Again, most recently he was in the F tier, so we wouldn’t exactly be recommending him even if he made the list.

Rising Champions

Jinx (A+ to S tier)

There is a new queen of the bottom lane, as the Loose Cannon herself has taken the top spot of our ADC tier list. When six out of the eight sites we pull data from say that you are an S tier pick in the meta, it’s kind of a no-brainer.

Draven (A to A+ tier)

Draven was only considered S tier by two sources last patch. Now, that’s up to three, allowing him to twirl his way into the new A+ tier as a formidable pick. He’s not axe-ing you again!

Ezreal (A to A+ tier)

One of the bigger leaps forward in Patch 9.10, Ezreal is clearly still loving those Manamune buffs he got in Patch 9.9. It is concerning that two sites – U.gg and Lolalytics – have him in their D tier, but every other one has him S or A tier.

Twitch (B to A tier)

The opinion on Twitch is almost unanimous that he’s a strong pick, so by revamping how the tiers are structured we’re showcasing that he’s more than just above average. He was hiding in one of those two middle quartiles, but now he springs out to say “hello!”

Caitlyn (B to B+ tier)

Caitlyn, on the other hand, would have been in the old A tier if things had stayed the same, but putting her in the new B+ tier communicates the same point a bit more clearly. She’s stronger after the buffs to her W – Yordle Snaptrap, but she has a ways to go still before being a strong pick.

Xayah (C to B+ tier)

Now Xayah made the biggest leap of any ADC in Patch 9.10, going from a far-below-average pick to a decent, though not incredibly strong, pick. She’s definitely in a good spot and it’ll be interesting to see if she can keep throwing feathers up to A tier next patch.
