League of Legends Patch 9.10 tier list: top lane

Rumble (B+ to C tier)

This is quite surprising to see Rumble drop so far, with no recent nerfs to explain it. He’s still got a couple of tier lists rating him in the A tier and he’s currently got a 53.3% win rate in Platinum and above, an increase from the last patch. Keep an eye on this one, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Rumble rebound.

Camille (B to C tier)

Camille is another Conqueror user whose stock took a hit after the 9.10 nerfs. Like Renekton, there are still a good number of sites that have Camille as an A tier pick, they’re just outweighed by those that have her as a D tier pick. She still has a solid win rate in top lane (52.2%) so I wouldn’t stop picking her if you’ve been winning.

Shen (B to C tier)

After the buffs in 9.9 bumped Shen out of the C tier, he’s right back to where he began one patch later. Yes he has a 52.4% win rate and five out of the eight sites we audited have him in the B to A tiers, but the remaining ones all have him D tier or below, dragging his overall rank down.

Fiora (B+ to C tier)

Unquestionably the champion most hurt by the Conqueror nerf, Fiora fell from almost the A tier down to the C tier. Her win rate also fell a smidge, and this was all in spite of a quality of life buff to her W – Riposte in this patch.

Yasuo (B to C tier)

Another Conqueror user who fell off this patch. Once the king of the top lane, the Unforgiven is now rated as C or D tier by half of the tier lists we looked at. The 48.6% win rate is also going to hurt his case.

Hecarim (B+ to C tier)

Oh stop me if you heard this before, a Conqueror user dropping to C tier. These nerfs came on the heels of Hecarim falling out of the S tier one patch earlier thanks to some direct nerfs. Now, he’s rated as a C tier top laner by three sites and unranked by two.

Poppy (B to C tier)

Poppy was just barely a B tier pick last patch, but now she’s closer to D tier than B. No site has rated Poppy above a B tier pick in Patch 9.10, which is surprising for a champion with a 51.5% win rate worldwide.

Vayne (B to C tier)

The recipient of direct nerfs in this Patch, it’s unsurprising to see Vayne dropped in our top lane tier list. She fell in our ADC tier list as well. Now, she’s unranked by three of the eight tier lists we used as sources.
