League of Legends LCS player power rankings – Week 2

After we flamed Vulcan for his poor Week 1 stats, he rebounded with some stellar play in Clutch’s two-win Week 2. Who else moved up or down our support rankings?
1. Kim “Olleh” Joo-sung (Golden Guardians)
2. Jo “CoreJJ” Yong-in (Team Liquid)
After a fairly hum-drum first week, where he was rated the fifth-best support, CoreJJ rebounded in a big way last week. Two games on Rakan, a combined 0/2/14 score line, and a demonstration in how to control vision properly.
3. Tristan “Zeyzal” Stidam (Cloud9)
4. Vincent “Biofrost” Wang (CLG)
5. Philippe “Vulcan” Laflamme (Clutch Gaming)
As noted above, Vulcan shot up in the support ranking this week from ninth to fifth. In particular, his vision control needs to be praised as his vision score per minute is third-best in the LCS.
6. Terry “BIG” Chuong (OpTic Gaming)
7. Andy “Smoothie” Ta (TSM)
8. Nickolas “Hakuho” Surgent (Echo Fox)
On the other hand, Hakuho fell in our rankings from sixth to eighth. One big reason to point out Hakuho is despite his solid vision score per minute, Hakuho struggled in laning stats (he has the largest gold deficit at 10).
Worse, though, is the fact that his adjust kill participation is the worst in the LCS. While his death share and kill share aren’t too high, he only has a 56.3% kill participation, the worst of all supports in the LCS.
9. Juan “JayJ” Guibert (FlyQuest)
10. Zaqueri “Aphromoo” Black (100 Thieves)
