7. Knight

What it does: Knight’s block 20/40/80 damage from basic attacks.
Requirement: Two (2)/four (4)/six (6) champions.
Eligible champions: Darius (1g), Garen (1g), Mordekaiser (1g), Poppy (3g), Sejuani (4g), Kayle (5g)
Reason for rank: Knights are fantastic in the early game because you can acquire two or three right off the bat. The problem is that they tend to scale later into the game horribly.

For one, their passive only blocks basic attack damage, meaning that any comp that is built around getting their abilities off a lot will just shred them. Second, their champions don’t tend to really have great Origin synergies for late game. Don’t sleep on the Knights.

6. Brawler

What it does: Brawlers gain 300/700 bonus health.
Requirement: Two (2)/four (4) champions.
Eligible champions: Warwick (1g), Rek’Sai (2g), Blitzcrank (2g), Volibear (3g), Cho’Gath (4g)
Reason for rank: Like Assassins, the Brawler passive is really good even at its first level. Unlike Assassins, it’s super easy to get to that first breakpoint.

While the early Brawlers – Warwick and Rek’Sai – are pretty trash, Blitzcrank is at least decent for 2g and Volibear and Cho’Gath are both monsters. Ultimately, though, I don’t see any reason you’d want to run four Brawlers, and getting Volibear and Cho on your team don’t exactly give you incredible Origin synergies.
