League of Legends: LCS Week 6 player power rankings
By Josh Tyler
Jungle
1. Dennis “Svenskeren” Johnsen (Cloud9)
2. Raymond “Wiggily” Griffin (CLG)
3. Jake “Xmithie” Puchero (Team Liquid)
4. Robert “Blaber” Huang (Cloud9)
5. William “Meteos” Hartman (OpTic)
6. Jonathan “Grig” Armao (TSM)
7. Lucas “Santorin” Tao Kilmer Larsen (OpTic Gaming)
8. Matthew “Akaadian” Higginbotham (TSM)
TSM set Akaadian free in Week 6, naming him the starting jungler over Grig. Akaadian hit the ground running with this newfound leash, going a combined 3/0/15 in their two games. However, Akaadian still needs a lot of help on his early game pathing and decision-making, as he averages the third-biggest experience deficit at 10 minutes of all junglers.
9. Juan Arturo “Contractz” Garcia (Golden Guardians)
10. James “Panda” Ding (Echo Fox)
11. Nam “LirA” Tae-yoo (Clutch Gaming)
12. Lee “Rush” Yoon-jae (Echo Fox)
13. Michael “MikeYeung” Yeung (Echo Fox)
MikeYeung has returned to the LCS and it has been…about as bad as can be expected. MikeYeung averages the most deaths per game of any LCS jungler (even more than the man he replaced, Rush) and therefore has an aKDA of 0.53. For reference, the next-closest jungler is Rush, with a 0.94 aKDA and the next-closest player is JayJ (0.83).
Worse yet, MikeYeung’s adjusted kill participation is 73.6% thanks to an unbelievably bad 40.6% raw KP, 15.6% kill share (which slightly below average but not terrible) and a death share of 26.2%. The next-worst aKP? Yusui at 80.3% (the average expected aKP would be 100%).
14. Maurice “Amazing” Stückenschneider (100 Thieves)
