Low elo top laners should learn this champion in League of Legends

Resources to Learn
As Riven is such a popular champion, there are many one-trick ponies of the champion that you can use to learn the mechanics, item builds, and runes for her.
Some of these are strictly streamers, such as highly popular BoxBox who has been playing Riven and teaching people for years now. There is also high challenger NA player Adrian Aries who streams League of Legends almost every day to hundreds of viewers. You can definitely learn more about Riven through these guys on Twitch.
There are also some Riven one-tricks that have become pro-players in recent years, the newest of which being brand new FlyQuest Academy top laner Revenge. Other famous Riven pro-players include TSM’s Broken Blade and FlyQuest’s V1per. You can definitely go to these guys to improve your Riven play, and the amount of players here shows how popular and fun the champion is to play.
Now, with great power comes great responsibility, and if you start playing Riven, you have a very big responsibility.
Don’t be a Toxic Riven, clean up the community!
Some Riven players have a certain…reputation. They aren’t the most honorable summoners, to say the least. They have a tendency to all chat to the opposing team, AFK their games, run it down mid, the usual stuff.
Riven is a blessing to most people, being a monster in the top lane, but it can also be a curse. The one thing you must make sure to do is not tilt when you play Riven. It is mechanically intense, but not everybody in the game has to know about it. Make sure you don’t become a toxic Riven player, because the non-toxic Rivens tend to climb the fastest, and all anybody wants to do is climb the ladder!
I hope I have been able to convince some of you that picking up Riven is a great idea for low-elo players to climb and reach higher ranks. Let us know if you’re playing Riven in low elo in the comments!
