1. G2 Jankos
What is there to say about Marcin “Jankos” Jankowski that hasn’t been said already? The “First Blood King”, the first European jungler to win an international tournament since season one, and it could be argued the main reason why G2 Esports are favourites to win the 2019 World Championship.

If there’s any doubt about the Polish jungler’s talent, or claims that his skill level may be declining, just take a look at his LEC Week 5 performances. Two Player of the Game awards, two carries on tank champions, and two excellent early games to lead his team to two victories. G2 Esports currently sit comfortably at the top of the table and look certain to reclaim their crown in Athens, and Jankos has been an integral part of the team’s incredible displays in both spring and summer.

8. XL Caedrel
Excel Esports currently sit in 10th place with only one win to their name so far in the Summer Split. They’re being compared to the rocky regular season performances from Giants Gaming, H2k, and Team ROCCAT of old due to two splits of relatively lacklustre showings. Their overall record in 2019 is a dismal 6-22. So that begs the question, how is Marc “Caedrel” Lamont 8th in the jungle power rankings?

Well, appearances can be deceiving in the LEC, none more so than Excel’s current win/loss ratio of 1-9. Believe it or not, Excel Esports have had a gold lead at 15 minutes in 3 of their last 5 games, mostly due to the brilliant early game work from British jungler Caedrel. If this team are to have any chance of reaching playoffs in the final four weeks of summer, then Caedrel will need to continue his fine form and hope the rest of his team follow suit.
