Maybe he’s more likely to get multiple pulls off in a fight? This unit is still pretty trash in Teamfight Tactics.
"Ashe AD: 60 ⇒ 65"
For having such strong synergies as a Ranger/Glacial, Ashe was quite weak and probably warranted a buff.
"Kindred AD: 55 ⇒ 60"
Again, for having the Ranger synergy and being 4g, Kindred could use a little more power as well.
"Morgana: Ability cast time 0.35 ⇒ 0.5 sec to match all other champs"
Cool.
"Yasuo AD: 65 ⇒ 75"
As much as us League of Legends players are conditioned to hate Yasuo, you expect to get more damage out of a 5g unit.
"Karthus Ability Damage: 350/600/850 ⇒ 400/700/1000 Karthus Ability Targets: 4/7/10 ⇒ 5/9/13"
Oh, Jesus, this champion’s about to become busted, isn’t he?

I think this item is still good, it’s just very clearly meant to be used for Assassins/front liners. A bit of a nerf to those squishies getting jumped on who liked the extra protection from this item.
"Ionic Spark Damage: 200 ⇒ 150"
This is one of those items that seems good but is just never impactful in the game. I’d like to see the Spark visual effect updated to be a bit more noticeable.
"Hush Silence Duration: 5 seconds ⇒ 3 seconds"
This item is still trash. It’s too conditional to purchase (you only get a chance to silence and you can’t control which champion you will silence) and if the target survives they can still ult.
"Statikk Shiv Damage: 100 ⇒ 90"
I didn’t think Shiv was that big of a problem, but with a lot of Rangers and Gunslingers primed to take over the Teamfight Tactics arena, I get the urge to nerf this item.
