Rising Champions

Draven (A to A+ tier)

Draven had a nice win rate spike from 51.5% last patch to 52.2% this patch. With the fourth-highest win rate among ADCs, he’s certainly a solid champion in the current meta.

Kog’Maw (D to C tier)

Initially, I thought Kog’Maw was just rebounding from her drop from last patch. However, Kog’s win rate has actually been steadily climbing for a few patches now and in Patch 9.15 it spiked heavily (51.6% to 54% in 9.15). Although he has one of the lowest pick rates in the bot lane, Kog’s win rate is now second-best among ADCs in the current patch.

Falling Champions

Vayne (A+ to A tier)
Kai’Sa (A+ to A tier)

Although her win rate and pick rate have been stable for a while now, Kai’Sa still took a heavy hit in our rankings. She’s currently closer to the B+ tier than she is the A+ tier, where she had been in our tier list aggregation for the previous five patches.

Caitlyn (A to B+ tier)

Cait took a very significant drop in the tier list despite her pick rate also dropping. Her win rate is currently 49%, down 0.8% from 9.14 and 1.6% from 9.13, so she is clearly struggling.

Tristana (B to C tier)

With the emergence of top/mid Tristana, it’s surprising to see that she dropped in the lane where she’s still primarily picked. Her win rate is slightly down, but it’s not readily apparent why. One possibility is that one of her biggest counters, Draven, is doing quite well in 9.15.

Varus (C to D tier)

One of the weakest ADCs for several patches now, Varus has again dropped into the D tier after climbing out of it in 9.12. With a 48.6% win rate, I don’t know if he’ll be able to get back so easily.

Kalista (D to F tier)

Finally, we have the long-forgotten child of the bot lane, Kalista. Surprisingly, her win rate has actually been improving for the last five patches, steadily climbing in each. Unfortunately, her win right now is lower than Varus’s (48.5%) which shows just how weak she’s been and still is.

Buffed champions

Lucian

He got a late-game damage increase to his R – The Culling (damage per shot is up by 10 at third rank), but it doesn’t seem that was what kept the Purifier out of the meta. He’s still not bad, in the B tier, with a 49.5% win rate, up a full percentage point from last patch.

Vayne

Despite the buff to the damage on her E – Condemn (the wall damage went up from 100% to 150% and deals that damage instantly rather than on knockback), Vayne actually dropped in our tier list this patch. Her win rate and pick rate remain solid, but not as impressive as when she was terrorizing the bot lane in earlier patches.
