Hecarim (S to A+ tier)

Rek’Sai (A to B+ tier)
Nidalee (A to B+ tier)
Evelynn (A to B+ tier)
Shaco (B+ to B tier)
Amumu (B to C tier)
Rengar (B to D tier)
Sejuani (B to D tier)
Fiddlesticks (C to D tier)
Sylas (B to D tier)
Wukong (D to F tier)

Observations

Obviously, the Sylas and Sejuani drops come as no surprise, since both of them received nerfs in Patch 9.16. We can also remove the borderline champions who slipped down a tier but could easily rebound next patch (Hecarim and Kindred) as well as champions who might just be stabilizing after a patch or two of sites rating them higher than they should have been (Nidalee, Shaco, Fiddlesticks). That leaves us with a couple of champions to really look into.

Rek’Sai has been struggling for quite a bit in both solo queue and competitive play, despite the fact that her win rate is quite good (currently at 51.6%). I think this dip is an abberation, since she’s been steadily in the A/B+ range for the last six patches. She’ll bounce right back.

Rengar is another abberation drop candidate, considering he’s only been ranked below B tier once this whole season. His win rate has dropped over the last two patches, but it is still above 50% (50.6% to be precise) so I don’t think he will remain in the D tier permanently. Expect him back in that B/B+ range soon.

However, the same can’t be said for Amumu, who is clearly still struggling a bit after those 9.11 nerfs. His win rate may be fine, but he is appropriately in the same B/C range he’s been in for a few patches now.

Ditto for Evelynn, who got nerfed a couple of patches ago and is still feeling the effects. Her win rate may have improved slightly after the initial drop following the nerfs, but it’s not surprising that she continues to fall as more players get used to her weakened state.

Finally, we have Wukong who is at this point just lucky to be a champion in League of Legends. His jungle pick rate is just 0.8%.
