24. Ibrahim “Fudge” Allami (MAMMOTH) – 58 OVR

Even playing against fairly weak competition in the OPL, Fudge has been quite underwhelming in his performance. While his 2.74 aKDA isn’t terrible (thanks to him dying 2.4 times per game, which is on par with most other top laners), his aKP is among the worst in the world (90.2%). He’s also an awful laner, with a laning score of -0.82 and the worst top laner in terms of vision control (0.77 VSPM).

23. Nguyễn “Hani” Tuấn Phát (Lowkey) – 60 OVR

He’s playing against stronger competition in the VCS, yes, but even still Hani is performing atrociously among top laners. He has the worst aGPM of any top laner at 360.5, the worst aDPM of any top at 297.7, and is the worst laner among tops at the World Championship. Averaging 511 gold, 200 experience, and 18 CS deficits at 15, he has a laning score of -1.88.

22. Mateo Alejandro “Buggax” Aroztegui Zamora (Isurus) – 65 OVR

Buggax is, at least, a fairly competent laner going against weaker competition in the LLA, but he is another player who does not control vision effectively with a 0.80 VSPM. Otherwise, Buggax doesn’t really have a particular area that he’s insanely weak at. He’s just an average player going up against fairly weak competition.
