21. Chen “3z” Han (Hong Kong Attitude) – 65 OVR

While 3z’s statistics are far weaker than Buggax’s, he edges the LLA representative’s top lane in the overall ranking because he played against better competition in the LMS. However, his 1.67 Kill Efficiency is the worst of all top laners at the World Championships, due in large part to his 1.87 aKDA and 89.1% aKP. He’s bad laner (-0.71 laning score) with horrible damage (340.9 aDPM) and gold (373.3 aGPM) contributions.

20. Vladislav “BOSS” Fomin (Unicorns of Love) – 68 OVR

BOSS is actually not a bad player, relative to his competition in the LCL. He posted a 3.37 aKDA and a 0.45 laning score, both of which are above average, but he’s outputting very little damage and gold compared to other tops. He’s also played mostly carry top laners like Aatrox, Renekton, Irelia, and Camille, which explains why he’s such a dominant laner (he averages 0.53 solo kills per game) but indicates that he has trouble snowballing those advantages later into the game. The question is whether that dominance will translate against tougher competition.

19. Leonardo “Robo” Souza (Flamengo) – 70 OVR

Also against weak competition in the CBLoL, Robo hasn’t shown a lot of prowess as a top laner. Although he averages slight gold and experience leads coming out of lane and is above-average at controlling vision for a top laner, the fact that he dies more than the average top at Worlds while facing poor opponents drags down his KDA and Kill Efficiency.
