20. Juckkirsts “Lloyd” Kongubon (MEGA) – 68 OVR

Unlike the junglers already mentioned, Lloyd is actually quite a solid early game jungler, with a 0.73 Laning Score and averaging a 347 XP advantage at 15. Unfortunately, the fact that he does this against weaker competition, along with his subpar vision score and abysmal aKP for a jungler (90.2%) keeps him from going much higher than just the top 20.

19. Jake “Xmithie” Puchero (Team Liquid) – 69 OVR

This is quite a shocker because Xmithie was consistently a top-three jungler in our LCS ratings, yet he barely makes the top 20 among junglers at the World Championship. It really goes to speak to how weak the LCS jungle pool is relative to the World because his 329.3 aDPM and 1.69 vision score per minute are both solid in comparison to the NA average but far below average compared to the junglers at Worlds. But one fact that has been constant whether it’s measured against NA or Worlds junglers is that Xmithie’s early game relative to other junglers is far below average.

18. Chen “Hana” Chih-Hao (J-Team) – 70 OVR

While his early gameplay is not quite as bad as Xmithie’s, but Hana lags behind other junglers in his kill participation (87.0% aKP). He lags behind all junglers at the World Championship in just about every statistic other than vision control (his 2.14 VSPM is quite good).

17. Moon “Steal” Geon-yeong (DetonatioN FocusMe) – 71 OVR

While Steal definitely wants to live up to his name, one thing he does tend to steal is vision from the other team. He is the best jungler at Worlds in terms of vision score per minute, but he’s also one of the best junglers in terms of Kill Efficiency. The only problem is that his lackluster income and damage indicate that he might have acquired these advantages due to his competition being weak.

16. Can “Closer” Çelik (Royal Youth) – 72 OVR

Closer gets a lot of praise for being one of the best junglers from the minor regions, but the numbers show that there are a few outstanding holes in his game. For instance, despite the fact that his aKDA and Kill Efficiency are both well above average, Closer’s aDPM is 209.4, far below the average for his position and he’s on the higher end of junglers in terms of assists. In short, he might be getting credit for a lot of assists that were set up by his teammates.
