15. Yang “Gaeng” Gwang-yu (DetonatioN FocusMe) – 74 OVR

Gaeng is actually decent support, posting some really solid numbers domestically. His 110.9% aKP and 3.95 Kill Efficiency are both tops at his position, as is 0.30 Laning Score. However, the fact that he’s doing this against inferior competition in Japan, and he also does a poor job controlling vision (2.19 VSPM) is cause for concern.

14. Cho “BeryL” Geon-hee (DAMWON Gaming) – 76 OVR

While I think BeryL is the stronger member of Damwon’s bot pair, his performance has been largely disappointing. His laning (-0.21 Laning Score) and KDA (1.89 aKDA) numbers are both well below average. However, he is among the best supports in terms of vision control, posting a 2.61 vision score per minute.

13. Han “Luci” Chang-hoon (Flamengo) – 76 OVR

There’s always something impressive about a support who shines while playing with a weaker ADC and vice versa. Although his ADC BrTT is one of the worst ADCs at Worlds, Luci has posted stats that show him to be at least on par with most other supports in the role. In particular, his solid laning numbers (0.46 Laning Score) and second-highest damage numbers (263.2 aDPM) indicates that Luci is a solid support.

12. Edward “Edward” Abgaryan (Unicorns of Love) – 77 OVR

Similarly, Edward, is paired with Innaxe who is a very weak ADC, but has managed to be a strong support. In particular, his laning has been spectacular (0.73 Laning Score) which is impressive even though he’s done it going against weak competition. He also has the second-highest adjusted gold per minute of supports, which is both a strong indication that he’s relied on for leadership from his team and also a possible result of needing to compensate for that weak ADC.

11. Eduardo Franco “Slow” Garcés Cerda (Isurus) – 77 OVR

Slow is one of those supports who excel against lower-level competition, but it remains to be seen if those strong numbers will translate onto the Worlds stage. His 110.8% adjusted KP and 4.22 Kill Efficiency stats pace most of the supports at Worlds, and he’s one of the few supports from the emerging regions who has shown to be solid at the vision control game.
