New Additions

Tristana

It looks like her falling out of the meta in 9.19 was just a blip as the Yordle Gunner has Rocket Jumped back onto our tier list. She’s still in the F tier with one of the lowest win rates among mids in solo queue, 46.8%.

Observations

We’ll set aside the rise of Pantheon and Lissandra as both of them got direct changes in 9.20. In addition, TalonYasuo, and Akali, all rose to the next tier but only by a small amount. In fact, Talon fell out of the S tier last patch but now rebounded, and other champions like Diana, Cassiopeia, Xerath, and Malzahar all rebounded after dropping last patch.

While Pyke hasn’t seen his win rate rise from the last patch his pick rate as a mid laner has shot up. His pick rate more than doubled from 1.4% to 3.7% in one patch, while he continues to have a 54.4% win rate.

A few champions didn’t get a rebound boost, nor did they see their win rate rise substantially in 9.20. Those would include Leblanc and Camille, but interestingly Camille’s win rate actually dropped from 51.2% to 49.2% in 9.20. It’s entirely possible that Camille’s rating will dip back to F tier in the next patch.
