C Tier

  • FrankenTibbers Annie
  • Kitty Cat Katarina
  • Mundo Mundo
  • Reaper Hecarim
  • Underworld Twisted Fate
  • Zombie Brand
  • Zombie Ryze

FrankenTibbers Annie – In this skin, Tibbers takes on the role of Frankenstein(’s monster), while Annie cosplays as Frankenstein’s bride. With no other updated effects, this skin would normally find itself languishing in D Tier among the other disappointing chest-fillers named above. But, Tibbers looks awesome as Frankenstein and will certainly strike fear into your opponents whenever you cast your ultimate!

Zombie Brand – If you haven’t seen Zombie Brand yet, you’ve definitely heard him. This is one of the few skins that makes it’s champions voice lines more annoying than without a skin (along with Nunu Bot). Adding a tonne of groans and changing Brand’s usual fire from red to green won’t propel this skin anywhere higher than C Tier though.

B Tier

  • Bewitching Tristana
  • Count Kassadin
  • Death Sworn Katarina
  • Headless Hecarim
  • Haunted Maokai
  • Reaper Soraka
  • Underworld Wukong
  • Zombie Nunu & Willump
  • Zombie Slayer Jinx
  • Zombie Slayer Pantheon

Count Kassadin – One of 2019’s three new Halloween skins, but the most disappointing of the trio. Kassadin’s abilities don’t lend much to creativity in the VFX department, and that’s proven by the most remarkable aspect of this skin being his recall animation. Purchase this skin if you’re a Kassadin main, otherwise give it a miss.

Zombie Slayer Pantheon – The Zombie Slayer skin line had a lot of potential, but ultimately is summed up by the lack of quality in Pantheon’s edition of the cosmetic catalogue. A new weapon, a new outfit, a few new visuals, but relatively unremarkable in the grand scheme of Harrowing skins. There’s no doubt it’d be even lower on the tier list if not for the cool chainsaw sound he makes when he casts his ultimate.
