Dignitas

The move: drop Vulcan, sign Hakuho/BIG

Now, should C9 decide that they’re going to give Diamond his shot on the LCS stage, I think Dignitas would be the perfect landing spot for the displaced support Hakuho. Without import slots unless they dump either Huni (doubtful) or Lira (more likely, but then they’d probably need to import a jungler) DIG has to be aggressive to solidify their bot lane this offseason.

Cody “Cody Sun” Sun showed in the LCS playoffs and regional qualifier that he has taken that next step to being an elite ADC in NA. While his support Philippe “Vulcan” Laflamme wasn’t terrible paired with Cody, he can certainly be improved on. Hakuho would be that upgrade.

If Hakuho is unavailable, though, there are plenty of other native supports who might be available (Zaqueri “Aphromoo” Black depending on what changes 100T make? Terry “BIG” Chuong if Immortals completely shake up their roster?). I would 100% go out and get one of those players that can elevate Cody (though Aphromoo is probably a less attractive option given how things deteriorated between him and Cody while on 100 Thieves). That’s why, to me, BIG is the natural next progression for DIG should they fail to land Hakuho.

TSM

The move: drop all your junglers, sign Xmithie

This is an absolute no brainer for TSM if Liquid makes the massive mistake they seem poised to make and let go of Xmithie. TSM has been searching for a stable jungler for basically all of Bjergsen‘s career (save that period with Svenskeren) and Xmithie is the definition of a stable, supportive jungler.

Yes, there are about a million rumors surrounding TSM’s 2020 roster at the moment but let’s, for a moment, assume that TSM returns basically the same roster (which is very unlikely but wouldn’t be terrible in my opinion). They need an NA resident for the jungle, which is a position without a lot of good names available.

I mean, other than William “Meteos” Hartman (copotentially), Maurice “Amazing” Stückenschneider, or Juan Arturo “Contractz” Garcia what NA junglers are out there for a team to pick up? TSM (rightly) went after Svenskeren when he became available, but now that they’ve missed the team needs to find an upgrade to their currently abysmal jungler situation. Of those other three available junglers, Meteos is the only one I think you could consider over Xmithie, but I would take Liquid’s jungler if they’re dumb enough to let him go.
