Champions

Sejuani

"Base Stats Level 1 Attack Speed Bonus: 0 -> 10% Passive – Fury of the North Sejuani receives Frost Armor if she hasn’t taken damage from large monsters and enemy champions in the last 12 seconds -> Sejuani receives Frost Armor if she hasn’t taken damage from monsters (large and small) and enemy champions in the last 12 seconds"

Interestingly, this is listed as a buff in the original preview, but when comparing the two changes it could well be a nerf.

10% Bonus Attack Speed at Level 1 is fantastic and will aid Sejuani a massive amount in her early jungle clear.

However, being forced to wait 12 seconds for Fury of the North to re-apply after finishing off a Krug or Raptor camp seems a bit harsh and unnecessary. This forces Sejuani players to play safer when exiting their jungle and wait for their Passive to come back before looking to gank or contest the enemy jungler.

Senna

"Passive – Absolution Small Minion Soul Drop if not killed: 20 -> 25% Large Minion Soul Drop if killed: 100 -> 2%"

Senna (53.47% win rate in solo queue, 100% presence in LCS Week 1) loses 1 Mist (maximum) every 3 waves.

Sett

"Base Stats HP Regen: 9.25 -> 8 W – Haymaker Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 -> 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds Base Damage: 90/125/160/195/230 -> 90/120/150/180/210"

The one you’ve all been waiting for, Sett is finally set to receive nerfs on Patch 10.3!

Lower sustain in lane is always helpful when looking to shut down a champion early. Combine this with a +4 second cooldown and -20 damage on his primary damage tool, Haymaker, and the balance team have certainly answered our prayers for a much weaker Sett on Patch 10.3.

That being said, he’s still a monster and will probably remain so even with these nerfs, but at least it’s a step in the right direction!

Sona

"W – Song of Celerity Self Movement Speed: 25% (+4% per 100 AP) -> 20% (+3% per 100 AP)"

Sona’s Patch 10.2 buffs were a neat change aimed at adding a unique aspect to an enchanter support that was struggling in the current meta. Unfortunately, it meant she could outrun Usain Bolt with her W – Song of Celerity, so the previous buffs have been pulled back slightly.

Yuumi

"Q – Prowling Projectile Empowered Damage: 50/95/140/185/230/275 (+40% AP) -> 45/80/115/150/185/220 (+40% AP) (+2/3.2/4.4/5.6/6.8/8% of target’s current HP) Mana Cost: 85/90/95/100/105/110 -> 90 W – You and Me! Silences will no longer trigger Cooldown E – Zoomies Heal: 70/110/150/190/230 (+30% AP) -> 70/100/130/160/190 (+40% AP)"

Yuumi is the only healing support left below a 50% win rate, so it’s time for the cat to receive some significant buffs as well! It’s only fair…

Prowling Projectile now deals 8% of its target’s current HP at max rank, but otherwise these changes are pretty cool. Just make sure if you’re facing Yuumi to avoid her Q in the mid game at all costs.
