  9. Janik “Jenax” Bartels

4. OG Nukeduck
The “Decade of the Duck” was one of the shortest eras in recent memory as the excitement around Origen’s mid laner has seemingly dissipated as LEC viewers have realized that there are too many talented European players in that role for Nukeduck to claim the #1 spot.

That’s not to say that Nukeduck hasn’t contributed to Origen’s redemption arc so far in the 2020 LEC Spring Split. In fact, he’s played a key role in his team’s attempts to revive the Origen playstyle that was praised so highly this time last year.

But when you’re placed on a team with huge names and well-established players like Alphari, Xerxe, and Upset, you’re always going to have a tough time standing out.

9. SK Jenax
Jenax is not the root cause of SK’s problems, the root cause of SK’s problems is the entire team. Heading into the 2020 LEC season with a roster made up of mostly rookies and Trick was a gamble which clearly hasn’t paid off as SK Gaming find themselves stuck in eighth place, only finding victories against the league’s only winless teams.

As for Jenax, it would be unfair to judge him on an individual level considering his team are almost always on the back foot. Instead, we should just look towards what Jenax might be able to achieve if SK start to play like an LEC side, rather than an ERL side at best, which their form would currently suggest.

One positive for SK is the fact that Jenax has played six unique champions in his six games in the Spring Split so far. A wide champion pool is something the team can utilize in drafts and could look towards it as an avenue for success in the future.
