Jungle Pool

"Passive – Blaze Damage to Monsters: 100% -> 120%"

"W – Tormented Shadow Damage to Monsters: 100% -> 150%"

"Q – Twilight Assault Max Monster Damage: 75/100/1250/150/175 -> 120/140/160/180/200"

"Q – Blinding Dart Blind Duration Against Monsters: 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds -> 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds E – Toxic Shot Damage to Monsters: 100% -> 150%"

"Passive – Shepherd of Souls Graves spawn on large monster death. Mist Walkers take 50% reduced damage from monsters."

"Thorn Spitter Plant Damage to Monsters: 100% -> 150%"

If you’re in the lower elos, it might be worth trying out a few of these champions and seeing how much damage you can do as you climb the solo queue ladder.

If you’re in an elo above Silver, you’ve probably already skipped this part, and rightfully so.

Death’s Dance

"Recipe: Aegis of the Legion + Vampiric Scepter + Caulfield’s Warhammer + 500g Total Cost: 3500 -> 3600 Attack Damage: 50 -> 80 [New] Armor: 30 [New] Magic Resist: 30 [New] Unique Passive: 20% of damage taken will now apply as a bleed effect for ranged champions"

Death’s Dance now has Armor and Magic Resist as well as reduced Attack Damage and now ranged users have a similar bleed effect as melee users. Some are saying that this item is broken, but it’s probably a case of “wait and see” as it’s quite a situational item due to its low AD figure.

Monster Hunter

"Monster Hunter penalty now also decreases minion XP by 50%."

This should kill the funnel strategy once and for all.

Summoner Spells

"Cooldown: 360 -> 480-240 (based on level) [New] Grants 3 seconds of 30-45% Movement Speed on arrival (based on level)"

This is a proposed buff for top lane champions, but is probably more of a buff to mid lane as top laners value early Teleports far more than their mid lane counterparts. That being said, the cooldown returns to 360 seconds from Level 6 and continues to fall, so top laners probably benefit as well.

Overall, we can expect to see far more Teleports in the game as a result of these changes as the cooldown is now lower from Level 7 onwards, reduced to just 4 minutes at Level 18. That’s not even mentioning the Movement Speed bonus granted after channeling the spell.
