In place of your regular March Madness bracket, we are letting voters decide the most hated champion in League of Legends.
With the world of sports (and esports) on lockdown due to the Coronavirus, its time to participate in our second-annual League of Legends March Madness bracket! Last year, voters chose Jhin as their favorite champion in the game, capping his Cinderella story with an upset win over jungler Kayn.
This year, we’re happy to announce that we’re back with another March Madness-style bracket that will allow readers to select their least favorite champion in League of Legends! We have gone through each position and found the champions with the highest ban rate (aka, the champions League of Legends players hate facing).
Over the course of the next week or so, we will be letting you, the readers of Blog of Legends, vote to choose who is the most hated champion in the game. Will another Cinderella make her way to the ball like last year, or will this be the year that one of the highly-seeded hated champions make their way to the finals? The choice will be yours.
Without further ado, let’s check out the bracket and matchups for this year’s Blog of Legends March Madness tournament!

Right off the bat, we have some big shocks in terms of seeding (Zoe is a 16 seed?? Shaco a 9 seed?) and some interesting match-ups. In particular, that Senna/Teemo match-up in the ADC/solo lane region (there weren’t enough ADCs to fill a whole region okay?) is one that is ripe for an upset.
We also have a great litmus test match-up in the jungle between Karthus and Shaco. Do readers hate power-farmers who can one-shot them from the safety of the jungle more than someone who can be in your lane 24/7?
Voting for these match-ups begins today and will continue every day on both the BoL Twitter and Facebook pages!
