Rising Picks

Cassiopeia got the biggest improvement to her ranking from last patch, going from mid-D to low-C tier. No bot laner got a significant boost to their ranking.

Dropping Picks

Similarly, no ADC got a significant hit to their ranking on our tier list in Patch 10.9 either. The champion who took the biggest hit to his ranking was actually Kog’Maw who dropped to high-D tier from the mid-C tier.

Underrated Picks

Twitch has the third-lowest pick rate in the bot lane, but he’s rated solidly in the mid-B tier. That screams underrated to us.

Overrated Picks

Because of how narrow the bot lane champion pool is, we can’t really shout out all the champions with a top-ten pick rate who are in the B tier. However, there is one champion with a top-ten pick rate who is in the C tier. That would be Kalista, our pick for overrated ADC of this patch.
