Here are the 5 best junglers on Patch 10.9 for carrying games and climbing the League of Legends solo queue ranked ladder!

Solo carrying League of Legends games and climbing the ranked ladder as a jungle main has always been a relatively simple task, particularly in lower elos. However, if you want to get the job done as quickly as possible and grind out win after win, it may be best to pick from this list of the best junglers on Patch 10.9.

For a one-off change, instead of describing the champion and how they get the better of their jungle counterparts, we’ll be doing a mini-guide for each champion. This includes rune pages, skill order, and important items to purchase!

5) Graves

51.01% Win Rate | 11.0% Pick Rate | 9.8% Ban Rate

Rune Page
When it comes to keystones for Graves, you have two options. You can either go for Fleet Footwork, rounding out your page with Triumph, Legend: Alacrity, and Coup de Grace. Or you can opt for Phase Rush instead, finishing the page with Nimbus Cloak, Absolute Focus, and Waterwalking. Attack Speed, Adaptive Force, Armor should complete your runes.

Skill Order
Maxing Q – End of the Line first enables an excellent jungle clear speeds for Graves as well as increasing his 1v1 damage. Follow this up with E – Quickdraw for the lower cooldown on the Outlaw’s mobility tool and then W – Smoke Screen.

Essential Items
Start off with a Skirmisher’s Sabre with Enchantment: Warrior, then build the Black Cleaver. Boots are a personal choice, but Ninja Tabi is usually the better option. Complete your build with Death’s Dance, Guardian’s Angel, and another damage item of your choosing, depending on your opponents.

4) Warwick

52.02% Win Rate | 9.2% Pick Rate | 6.5% Ban Rate

Rune Page
Start with Press the Attack for Warwick’s runes as it can quickly be proc’d after casting Primal Howl and utilizing Blood Hunt’s attack speed. Follow up with Triumph, Legend: Alacrity, Last Stand, Celerity, and Waterwalking. Finally, grab some Attack Speed, Adaptive Force, and Armor.

Skill Order
Q – Jaws of the Beast is Warwick’s main damage tool so should be leveled up first, followed by W – Blood Hunt for a huge burst of attack speed, then E – Primal Howl as the improved cooldown and damage reduction on this ability is negligible.

Essential Items
It’s vital that you start off with a Tiamat on Warwick to add to his usually poor jungle clear speed. Then, purchase a Stalker’s Blade Enchantment: Cinderhulk and complete a Titanic Hydra. Next, you can grab a Trinity Force if you’re snowballing but just fall back to a Dead Man’s Plate and Spirit Visage if behind in gold.

3) Zac

51.54% Win Rate | 7.3% Pick Rate | 11.3% Ban Rate

Rune Page
The only viable keystone on Zac is Aftershock. The rest doesn’t matter too much, but the most popular set up currently is Font of Life, Conditioning, and Revitalize. Magical Footwear and Cosmic Insight. Cooldown Reduction, Armor, and Health.

Skill Order
As a Zac player, you’ll get used to not existing on the map until level 5 as this is the point in which you have 3 levels in E – Elastic Slingshot and can begin to impact the game through long-range ganks. Afterward, put your levels into W – Unstable Matter and then Q – Stretching Strikes.

Essential Items
It’s all about defensive stats for the Secret Weapon’s build, so start off with a Stalker’s Blade Enchantment: Cinderhulk and Warmog’s Armor. After that, simply build whatever the enemy team requires. Spirit Visage, Thornmail, and Gargoyle Stoneplate are all valid options.

2) Kayn

51.76% Win Rate | 15.0% Pick Rate | 9.7% Ban Rate

Rune Page
Kayn shot up out of nowhere as a result of his Patch 10.9 buffs and is now the second-best jungler in League of Legends. To create a rune page for the Shadow Reaper, start with Conqueror, Triumph, Legend: Tenacity, and Last Stand. Then, complete your page with Sudden Impact, Ravenous Hunter, and AF/AF/Armor.

Skill Order
Level up Q – Reaping Slash first to improve Kayn’s jungle clear, dueling power, and mobility. Then you should max W – Blade’s Reach to further boost Kayn’s trading potential. And put your final few points into E – Shadow Step.

Essential Items
The perfect Kayn set up involves a Stalker’s Blade Enchantment: Warrior, The Black Cleaver, Death’s Dance, and Guardian Angel. Complete the perfect build with boots of your choosing and a Sterak’s Gage/Spirit Visage depending on if you need some magic resistance.

1) Master Yi

51.68% Win Rate | 11.2% Pick Rate | 34.0% Ban Rate

Rune Page
Conqueror is the best keystone for the Wuju Bladesman, followed by Triumph, Legend: Alacrity, and Coup de Grace for some insane dueling power. Complete the rune page with Eyeball Collection and Ravenous Hunter, as well as Attack Speed, Adaptive Force, and Armor.

Skill Order
This one should be relatively simple. Q – Alpha Strike comes first as it is Yi’s main farming and damage tool, followed by E – Wuju Style for added damage on auto-attacks, and you should level up W – Meditate last.

Essential Items
It’s all about attack speed with Master Yi, so that means a Skirmisher’s Sabre Enchantment: Bloodrazor, Berserker’s Greaves, Guinsoo’s Rageblade, and Wit’s End. Finish off with a Death’s Dance and Guardian Angel for unlimited DPS.
