Miss Fortune

"W – Strut Maximum Bonus Movement Speed: 60/70/80/90/100 -> 40/50/60/70/80"

Five months after Season 10 started, Miss Fortune is STILL one of the strongest ADCs in League of Legends. Is that about to change?

If these nerfs stick, Miss Fortune will find it much harder travelling from base to bot lane and from bot lane to other areas of the map. This will limit her impact on the game early on as roams will be far slower and the Bounty Hunter will feel restricted to her lane.

Nidalee

"Q – Javelin Toss AP Ratio: 40% -> 50%"

Is sniper Nidalee back? Probably not. But be sure to dodge her Javelin Toss if this buff makes it to Patch 10.10 as they’ll start to pack a punch, particularly during the later stages of the game.

Sivir

"E – Spell Shield Mana Restored: 80/95/110/125/140 -> 110/120/130/140/150"

As Sivir players don’t spend a second level on this ability until level 14, you basically just have to look at the changes to the rank 1 Spell Shield.

A +30 mana restored buff is very beneficial to Sivir’s laning phase as she no longer has to worry about managing her mana pool as efficiently, provided she can soak up abilities with her E in the early game.

Soraka

"Q – Starcall Damage: 75/110/140/180/215 -> 85/120/150/190/225 W – Astral Infusion Health Cost Reduction: 60/70/80/90/100% -> 80/85/90/95/100%"

Soraka is slowly making her way back to the support role and could be set to return to the viable champion pool with these projected Patch 10.10 buffs.

Albeit small, a Starcall damage buff helps Soraka poke her opponents in lane with very little committed to the trade.

Upon hitting Starcall, Soraka becomes Rejuvenated and can cast Astral Infusion with a health cost reduction, which is set to be increased on Patch 10.10. This means that the best Soraka players can have more impact on the lane by landing their skill-shots and using Soraka’s kit to its maximum, healing their carries without losing too much of their own health.

Taric

"Base Stats Health Growth: 90 -> 85 W – Bastion Bonus Armor: 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% of Taric’s armor -> 10/11/12/13/14% of Taric’s armor"

Taric could be considered the strongest support on Patch 10.9 with a remarkable 52.57% win rate. It’s time to change that.

A smaller health pool means opponents can burst down the Shield of Valoran with more ease throughout the game. As for the Bastion change, this has next to no impact on Taric as he levels this ability last.

Twisted Fate

"Base Stats Attack Damage: 49.954 -> 52 R – Destiny Cost: 150 mana -> 100 mana"

Trading with mid lane opponents is a difficult task for Twisted Fate as he struggles to compete with the amount of base damage the strongest mid laners have right now. Improving his base attack damage by 2 is nothing to write home about, but is one way to negate that difference and allow TF to trade aggressively during the laning phase.

Destiny’s mana cost has never really struck TF players as an issue, but during early roams this could make all the difference. It also brings it in line with other ultimate mana costs in the game.

Udyr

"Base Stats Movement Speed: 345 -> 350"

Karthus’ movement speed was reduced by 5 on Patch 10.9 and his win rate fell from 50.21% to 47.66% as a result. Will this change have the opposite effect on Udyr?

If you consider how important it is to land a Bear Stance stun during the laning phase and when chasing enemy squishies during team fights, there’s no reason why a small MS buff could be enough to propel Udyr up the jungle tier list.
