Volibear: Riot Games Teases the New Rework in Livestream

Volibear’s rework is finally going to be unveiled in a live stream on May 8!

There’s a rumbling of thunder in the distance and it’s not the weather outside. No, instead Riot Games has confirmed that the long-awaited Volibear rework is going to be revealed in a live stream event tomorrow, May 8.

According to the Riot press release, this live stream will showcase the usual teasers that we will see before a champion update. This includes seeing all the skins’ splash arts (they’ve already released the base skin splash art, which you can see on this page), Volibear’s theme music, and some clips of his gameplay.

It’s important to note that this live stream likely will not feature a full kit reveal, which is likely to come before Volibear goes live on PBE. That will likely be sometime early next week, as Voli is scheduled to go live on May 28, meaning that his kit will be on PBE for testing for the next patch cycle.
