A Tier

"A-: Aatrox, LeBlanc, Lulu, Ryze, Sylas, Tryndamere, Vayne, Yasuo. A: Ahri, Akali, Blitzcrank, Camille, Cassiopeia, Ivern, Morgana, Teemo, Veigar, Wukong. A+: Annie, Garen, Hecarim, Jax, Kalista, Kassadin, Kayle, Master Yi, Rengar, Riven, Sett, Syndra, Twitch."

Tryndamere (A- Tier)
Garen’s “spin to win” strategy should have been copyrighted before the release of URF because Tryndamere snatched it up at the first opportunity.

Crazy attack speed, a low cooldown Mocking Shout, and an always-available gap closer in Spinning Slash all combine to make the Barbarian King one of the most potent and annoying champions in Ultra Rapid Fire.

Wukong (A Tier)
Wukong now has 2 charges of Cyclone rather than 1 and is pretty overpowered in solo queue right now.

Whether the mini rework has made the Monkey King stronger or weaker in URF remains to be seen, but knocking the entire enemy team up with such a low cooldown ultimate makes Wukong one of the stronger bruisers in URF 2020.

Sett (A+ Tier)
Sett is the only new champion release to appear above D tier in our URF tier list as it’s clear how much damage he can deal with a limitless supply of Haymakers and Show Stoppers. If you step in range of a Sett Facebreaker then there may be no escape as he brutally beats you down.

S Tier

"S-: Diana, Ekko, Fiora, Lucian, Qiyana. S: Ezreal, Jhin, Lux, Malphite, Vladimir, Yuumi. S+: Fizz, Kai’Sa, Katarina, Lee Sin, Shaco, Zed."

Diana (S- Tier)
Lunar Rush has been moved from Diana’s ultimate to her E ability since the last time URF was available which means she can now close the gap on her opponents more frequently to burst them down with her kit.

Watch out for Diana’s deadly Lunar Rush – Moonfall combo as she’ll be attempting to land this throughout every single game of Ultra Rapid Fire.

Ezreal (S Tier)
Ezreal was the original URF King due to his endless, torturous barrage of Mystic Shots and the high mobility provided by Arcane Shift. Whether you build AP or AD Ezreal, you’ll be a menace to deal with and should easily deal the most damage in the game as you guide your team to victory.

Katarina (S+ Tier)
S+ tier in solo queue and S+ tier in URF, Katarina is wreaking havoc across League of Legends right now and could be a must-ban champion when you queue up for Ultra Rapid Fire over the next few weeks.

Already benefitting from low cooldowns thanks to Voracity, Katarina becomes a reset monster in URF. Bouncing from blade to champion with Shunpo and raining countless Bouncing Blades onto her opponents, Kat is an absolute terror with 80% cooldown reduction.

And that’s not even mentioning how often she’ll blow you up with Death Lotus.
