Rising Picks

After receiving buffs in Patch 10.10, Soraka rose from the mid-B tier into the A tier. This was the biggest improvement for any support in this tier list.

Dropping Picks

On the other side, while Taric did get a significant drop to his rating after the nerfs this patch (going from high-B to low-B tier), one other support took a bigger dip than him. Fiddlesticks actually took the biggest hit in Patch 10.10, going down into the F tier.

Underrated Picks

Vel’Koz, Galio, and (for the second patch in a row) Sona all make the grade for our underrated support picks.

Overrated Picks

Three champions in the top-ten supports by pick percentage are not rated in at least the A tier this patch. Pyke, Karma, and Morgana are all among our overrated support picks in this patch.

Buffed Champions

Soraka

To the chagrin of many, Soraka got buffs to her Starcall’s damage and Astral Infusion’s health cost reduction. Unfortunately, those effects are already evident as she rose up into the A tier from B tier as a result.

Nerfed Champions

Maokai

Those mana nerfs weren’t aimed at support Maokai, but given how little they hurt his top lane power it shouldn’t come as a surprise that he’s still thriving in the support role as well. He actually rose into the A tier in this patch.

Taric

He’s glimmering just a bit less after the nerfs to his HP per level and the bonus armor on his Bastion. He took the biggest drop among all supports in Patch 10.10 as a result.
