Rising Picks

Like in top lane, the buffs Hecarim got in Patch 10.16 caused the pony to get the biggest jump in our tier list.

Dropping Picks

And, surprise, surprise, Volibear suffered the biggest drop in our rankings among junglers.

Underrated Picks

With Fiddlesticks falling out of the A tier, he’s replaced with the lowest-rated A tier jungler – Shaco – as the most underrated junglers in Patch 10.16.

Overrated Picks

Nidalee remains an overrated pick, with a top-ten pick rate despite being in the B tier, but this patch she’s been one-upped by Sylas, who has the eighth-highest pick rate despite being a borderline-D tier pick.

Buffed Champions

Evelynn

Cutting Evelynn’s Q cooldown in half definitely helped elevate the Demon of Shadows in our tier list, as she’s moved from the A tier to the A+ tier.

Hecarim

Biggest riser in this patch after the E buffs, this is the first time that Hecarim has been A tier or better in the jungle in Season 10.

Jax

The Counterstrike buffs were a much bigger deal in the top lane than the jungle, where he remains a mid-C tier pick.

Skarner

As much as Captain Flowers might be reveling in the AD ratio buffs and mana cost decrease to Skarner’s Q, he’s still basically where he was last patch in the C tier.

Nerfed Champions

Karthus

Riot is walking back the Q buffs Karthus got a couple of patches ago, taking him out of the S tier. Not to worry, though, as he’s still laying waste to the jungle in the A+ tier.

Kha’Zix

Briefly the king of the jungle, Kha’Zix fell to the A+ tier (but borderline S tier) after the nerfs to his Q in this patch.

Nocturne

The nerfs to his cooldown and cooldown refund on his passive were aimed at mid lane Nocturne than jungle Nocturne. Nevertheless, he took a significant hit to his jungle power and fell into the C tier.

Sett

Another set (no pun intended) of nerfs aimed at top lane that also knocked a champion down in his jungle power, Sett fell out of the B tier in Patch 10.16 thanks to the damage nerfs he received.

Volibear

And, like top lane, Volibear’s Q nerfs took him from OP to regular in our tier list. Luckily, he’s held up a bit better in the jungle as he remains in the high-A tier.
